Eigil Spray Spetalen

Mr. Eigil S. Spetalen has been Chairman of Cortendo AB sinceJuly 25, 2006, and remains the majority shareholder of the company. Mr. Spetalen has extensive prior investment and banking experience and also held a prior position as a mutual fund manager for Nordea. Since 1997, Mr. Spetalen has managed his own investments as a private investor. Mr. Spetalen holds a Master of Science degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Ernest Eichenberg III

Mr.Ernest Eichenberg is semi-retired, and is an active, private investor. He has been a shareholder in Cortendo since 2002. Mr. Eichenberg co-founded Broudy Precision Equipment Co. of West Conshohcken, PA, a builder of automation systems and supplier of automation components and held the title of COO. Mr. Eichenberg was active in pharmaceutical-designed building control and validation systems for major pharmaceutical companies seeking a base in China. He is a graduate of Villanova University where he received a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
